Your meter readings help us manage your bills and payments as accurately as possible, so we really do appreciate it when you're able to send us your readings.
To make this more convenient for you, we've developed a few ways to send us your readings:
This is probably the easiest and quickest way for you once you've downloaded our App. If you've not done this already, why not download it and let it do the hard work for you. The in-built technology in the App uses the camera in your phone/tablet to scan your readings and sends them over to us.
Your Online Account
Or you can enter your readings in your online account. Go to 'My Meter Readings' and enter them there.
