We will send you each month an email 5 days before your statement is due to ask for your meter readings.
We understand your meters are not always in the most accessible places. Your meter readings help us manage your bills and payments as accurately as possible, so we really do appreciate your effort!
We've developed a number of ways you can send us your readings, so please choose your preferred way:
1) Our App. This is probably the easiest and quickest way for you once you've downloaded our App. If you've not done this already, you can click on your favourite app store below. Through our App, you can simply take a photo of each reading and the App will send it to us automatically. All in around just 3 clicks!
2) Your Online Account. Just sign-in to your account, click on 'My Meter Readings' and enter your readings in the appropriate Gas and/or Electricity sections. You can sign in here.
3) Email. Send them to us here.
4) Phone. You can reach us on 0333 405 5555.
