Logging in to your new Online Account for the first time?
Let's get you started in a few simple steps:
- In the top menu bar, go to 'My Account'
- Next, click on 'Password Help'
- Then enter your email address and hit 'Send Password Link'
- We'll send you an email straight away*, find and open this ...
- Now click on 'Set new password', enter your memorable password and confirm
That's it, you're ready to go. You can now log-in at My Account, where you can update your readings and view your bills and payments when it suits you, 24/7.
*If you can't find our email, please check your junk folder in case it's found its way there by mistake and adjust your spam filters
