Where can I find my link?
Your unique referral link is available in your online account, by selecting ‘My Rewards’ on the dashboard. On those pages you will also find ways to share it to social media.
Where should I share my link?
You can share your link with as many people that you know. Share your link on your social media accounts, including Facebook & Twitter, so that your friends & family can experience the benefits of switching to Igloo. You can also copy your link & share it in an email.
There is no limit on the number of friends who you can introduce to Igloo. By sharing your link with the people you know, we will reward you both with great savings on your energy bills.
We would ask that you don’t share it to people that you don’t know, or via Igloo such as our own Facebook page.
Why is my Refer a Friend reward pending?
Your reward will be made into your Reward Account 30 days after the first payment is made to the new account. Until that point it will be shown as pending so you know that we are working on opening their account and getting your reward ready.
Why has my reward been withdrawn?
Your reward will be withdrawn if you have not met the eligibility criteria. For example, if you have referred a friend to Igloo and they switched to another supplier before your reward was due, then you are no longer eligible to receive a reward. You can see which rewards have been withdrawn in the withdrawn table on the My Rewards page.
