When will I receive my reward?
The reward will be delivered to your Igloo account once your friend has joined as an Igloo customer & within 30 days following the first successful Direct Debit payment being made by your friend. We will email you once your reward is available.
How do I know I’ve received my reward?
We will notify you via email once your friend has joined, so that you can congratulate them. In December you will be able to check the value of the rewards you have due to you through your Reward Account which will be visible as part of your online Igloo account & using the Igloo app.
How can I use my reward?
Your reward can be redeemed against your existing energy account balance. The more people you introduce to Igloo, the more money you can save on your energy bills. We will be introducing other ways to benefit over the next few months.
I’ve referred a friend and they have signed up why haven’t I heard about it
To get a Reward, your friend must have signed up using your link. If they have done so using the telephone or through our normal sign-up page, then you won’t be eligible for a reward
