When will I receive my reward?
The reward will be delivered to your Igloo account 30 days following the first successful Direct Debit payment being made by your friend. We will email you once your reward is available.
How do I know I’ve received my reward?
We will notify you via email once your friend has joined, so that you can congratulate them. You can check the status of your completed referrals by visiting your My Account and selecting ‘My Referrals’ where it will be in the Pending list until it is completed and is available for you to redeem.
How can I use my reward?
Your reward can be redeemed against your existing energy account balance. The more people you introduce to Igloo, the more money you can save on your energy bills. We will be introducing other ways to benefit over the next few months.
I’ve referred a friend and they have signed up why haven’t I heard about it
To get a Reward, your friend must have signed up using your link. If they have done so using the telephone or through our normal sign-up page, then you won’t be eligible for a reward
