What can I do with my Reward Account?
Your Reward Account shows all of the rewards you have collected to date and displays any Refer a Friend rewards which are pending payment. You can also redeem your reward balance by selecting one of your reward redemption offers.
Where can I access my Reward Account?
You can view your rewards by logging into your My Account. There is a new dashboard icon ‘My Rewards’. Simply click this to navigate to your Reward Account where you can view your reward balance, check the status of any pending rewards and explore your reward redemption offers.
How do I earn rewards?
You can earn rewards through Igloo’s Refer a Friend scheme. By recommending Igloo to the people you know, you will both receive a £50 reward. You can find your unique referral link in your Reward Account. To find out more about how to Refer a Friend to Igloo in that section of the FAQs.

How can I see how my Reward Account activity?
You can review all the transactions by logging into your My Account and visiting your Reward Account. Here, you can see any rewards paid to you and the values of rewards redeemed.
You can see a list of your last four Reward Account transactions on the My Rewards page. For a complete breakdown of rewards paid to you and rewards which you have redeemed, choose ‘View details’ next to your reward balance.
Who is responsible for my Reward Account?
The primary electricity account holder is responsible for the Reward Account and for choosing how the reward balance is redeemed. The contents of your Reward Account cannot be transferred to another account.
