We will remove the uplift to your monthly payment and continue to monitor your account. We'll let you know if we think we need to change your payments.
You can of course make top-up payments if your balance goes into arrears over winter to avoid a big bill.
If you don't want this added protection in your first year, please let us know here that you want to opt out. Just so you know, if you have a payment due in the next 5 working days, then the uplift may remain until your next monthly payment.
