When do I receive my first bill?
We will send you your first statement around a month after you switch over to us, and then monthly thereafter.
How do I know what my balance is and if I’m paying enough for my usage?
We’ll send you a monthly email to let you know your statement is ready, with a link in the email so that you can easily access your account and current balance. If it’s estimated, you can provide your readings to increase your billing accuracy. Or if you want to propose a change to your monthly payment or make a top-up payment you can send us a message here.
I've been billed to an estimated reading?
We will ask you each month for your meter readings. We’ve made this as simple as possible for you through our app where you can take a photo of your reading in just 3 clicks. It’s that easy. Or you can type them in to the app - how ever you prefer. If you don’t have our app yet, download it from your app store.
Or you can enter your meter readings in your online account here. If you’re unable to provide your meter readings, we will estimate your usage. The more readings we have for you, the more accurate we can be in helping you pay the right amount for your energy and avoid bill shocks.
I’m in credit, can I have refund?
Spreading your usage over the year with monthly (average) payments, means you can normally expect to be in credit at certain times of the year. If you think you’re paying too much or you think you have an excessive credit balance, you can request a refund or a payment reduction here. Don't forget, whilst your account is in credit you will be earning 3% interest reward too.
