Every year we need to let Ofgem know where our energy comes from and this year we’re pleased to announce that more than half our electricity was generated from renewable sources. This is great news as it puts us well above the national average.
The graph below shows where the electricity we bought came from during the period 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2019.
Our carbon emissions and level of radioactive waste are already below average, which we’re really pleased about. As we continue to work towards providing greener energy for our customers in the future, this number will continue to drop.
