Can I change my monthly payment amount?
Yes, we can help you do that. If your account is estimated, it's a good idea to update your meter readings first in your online account here.
If your account is up to date and you want to increase or reduce your monthly payment you can request that here and we’ll progress that for you. If we think your new payment will mean you're likely to under or over pay a lot, we'll let you know.
Just so you know, we'll regularly review your payments every 3 to 6 months too.
Can I make top-up payments?
