Who will deliver my smart thermostat?
Your tado° products will be packaged by our delivery partner Advanced Direct Mail and will be shipped out using DPD. You will be able to track your delivery at https://www.dpd.co.uk/service/ using the tracking number included in the email you will receive once your products have been dispatched.
Where is my delivery?
If you are concerned about your delivery and you have not yet received your dispatch confirmation with tracking details through DPD, then please contact our customer service desk and they will be able to provide you with an update.
If you have received your dispatch confirmation, you will have been provided with a tracking number which you can use through the DPD website to track your order to your front door.
