What do I need to do after my tado° has been installed?
As part of the installation process, you should have set up an account by visiting https://www.tado.com/start. In your tado° account you can then set up your home and register your tado° devices. You should also download the tado° app so you can control your heating on the move.
My tado° has an error/fault/issue.
For technical issues you should speak to tado°’s customer service team. You can do this via their live chat at tado.com. You will get an instant response and the issue will either be resolved or you will be directed to their customer support team, via phone on 020 3893 2059.
