Who will install my tado°?
We have partnered with HomeServe, one of the UK’s leading home assistance providers. An experienced engineer will be able to install your smart heating setup and can also answer any questions you may have.
How can I book a professional installation?
Simply tick the professional installation box after choosing your product bundle. You will be asked to select a date and time for your installation. Once you have completed your purchase, your engineer will contact you within 48 hours to confirm this appointment.
Unfortunately, at present, we are unable to support purchasing the installation separately from the kit.
tado° is incredibly easy to install with over 95% of tado°'s customers completing it themselves without the help of an experienced engineer. However, if you later decide you would like the system to be professionally installed you can purchase this directly it from tado° within the tado° installation wizard.
Do I get a reduced rate of VAT if I purchase installation with the kit?
If the installation service is ordered in combination with the tado° Smart Thermostat, a reduced VAT of 5% is applicable. Igloo uses this VAT saving to offer you a reduced install price.
I bought your professional installation service but I have since installed it myself – can I get a refund on the installation fee?
Unfortunately as your install will have already been booked with our installation partner and we will be charged whether or not it proceeds, we are unable to refund you the installation fee.
Can I change my installation date?
Once your appointment date has been booked you can easily discuss any changes to your slot with your engineer directly once they have contacted you.
