We don’t currently supply pre-payment meters.
- If you have a key (electricity) or card (gas) meter and wish to switch to us, you’ll need to ask you current energy supplier to install a new meter for you then you’ll be able to switch to us.
- If you have a smart pre-payment meter you can switch to us, but your current supplier will switch your meter into credit mode before you switch to us. You will pay by monthly Direct Debit and will receive a monthly statement from us each month. You won't top-up your meter once it is switched into credit mode.
