Your meter readings help us manage your bills and payments as accurately as possible, so we really appreciate it when you're able to share them with us.
If you have an Igloo Smart Meter you don't need to do anything. We'll be able to connect to your meter remotely and take the reading for you.
If you don't yet have an Igloo smart meter we will ask you to share them with us each month, and we've made it really easy to do. We will also email you a reminder 5 days before you bill is due so you don't forget.
Send readings with the Igloo App
The quickest way to send readings to us is on our app. If you've not done already downloaded the app, why not download it today and let it do the hard work for you.
The in-built technology in the App uses the camera in your phone or tablet to scan your readings and sends them over to us in a couple of clicks.
Other ways to send readings
You can also send us a reading through your online account. Go to 'My Meter Readings' and enter them there.
