If you currently have an outstanding debit balance with your current supplier, it’s a good idea to clear this as soon as possible as they may object to your switch to us.
If you're in credit you can switch immediately. Once your current supplier closes your account and issues you with a final bill, they should refund you within a couple weeks.
You should expect a final bill from your current supplier within six weeks of your switch to us. If you are still waiting after six weeks, please contact your previous supplier.
