We will email you to request a meter reading each month 5 days before you bill is due.
If you can provide a reading within this 5-day window, then we will use this reading to produce your bill. If we don’t receive a reading from you then we will use an estimated reading. If you miss your 5-day window, don't worry, it is still best to submit one when you can as this will help to make sure your bill is as accurate as possible.
Submitting readings each month is the best way to ensure that you are not paying too much or too little and avoids any bill shocks later on.
