We want to ensure that our smart meter installation is a great experience for you. We’ve been working very closely with our partners, Magnum, and we’re now rolling out smart meters across England and Wales.
We are currently testing in the north of England and Scotland as many suppliers have reported issues with the network, leaving some of their customers with faulty smart meters. We aim to begin our roll out in the north at the beginning of 2021 but it’s important to us that you get the best experience and a working smart meter.
We'll be in touch when we are installing smart meters in your area and will invite you to book your smart meter appointment using the Igloo App. Make sure you have this downloaded on your smartphone as you can use the app to submit your meter readings in seconds in the meantime.
