We know that letting strangers in your home can feel uncomfortable. So if you are currently registered for extra support and receive regular home visits from us, you can set an alphanumerical password (with a maximum of 10 characters) to ask our engineer for when they arrive. That way you can trust that they’re there on our behalf.
