About a month ago we announced to our customers that we would be increasing our prices from the 1st of October. Despite the sad news that Igloo Energy Supply Ltd will be closing, this change has gone ahead.
As part of this process we estimate a meter reading on this date. We then use this meter reading on your next bill as the start point for your new tariff. Billing you up to this reading at the old rate and everything after that on the new rate.
If it doesn’t match your meter reading today, don’t worry, just submit your meter reading online as normal and our system will take care of the rest.
