If you switched to another supplier, either before or after E.ON Next took over your energy supply on 3rd October, then you may have already received a final bill from us. Your final bill statement may have included wording that you would receive a refund of the funds which were paid into your account if you had a credit balance within 7 days.
As Igloo Energy Supply Limited has ceased to trade, E.ON Next will be arranging a refund of these funds. This is currently being processed but is expected to take longer than 7 days from when you received your final bill. We are sorry for the delay and are working hard with E.ON Next to make this happen as soon as possible.
When your refund is processed, you'll receive this in the form of a cheque in the post, addressed to the account holder and you will need to pay this into a bank account under the same name.
